MPPT Controller Function

External controllers are generally matched with 3-wire submersible pumps, which do not come with built-in start capacitors. The control box houses start capacitors, run capacitors, relays and other protective components required for motor startup.

External controllers are usually equipped with overheat protection.
This protector automatically shuts down the pump when overheating occurs. It also safeguards the pump against overcurrent and dry-run caused by low water levels.
